Liz Burkholder

Liz is a mom, an integrative nurse practitioner, hypnotherapist, breathwork facilitator, trauma specialist, and energy healer.
She began her own healing journey at age 17, after a divine intervention changed the trajectory of her life. She found herself locked up in a juvenile detention training school as a trauma-ridden, self-loathing, depressed, and anxious high school dropout.
She had experienced father abandonment, sexual abuse, family mental illness, and dire poverty. That training school experience led her inside herself and propelled her into a self-discovery and self-healing journey, which continues today. She found her first hints of hope through discovering life-changing, mind-shifting, and soul-quenching self-help books by some of her earliest “teachers,” such as Dr. Wayne Dyer and Dr. John Bradshaw. They helped save her life.
Liz has spent her life healing herself and becoming a healer for others. She believes that we are all healers and that we each hold the massive potential within to transform our lives and the lives around us. Liz believes that anything can be healed. She teaches people how to tune in to their own inner resources and how to remove the blocks that are stifling them.
Liz developed Transpersonal and Trauma Healing Hypnotherapy (TTHH), and more recently, GoWithin Hypno-Breathwork, to help people actually process, heal, and release traumatic events that have negatively shaped their bodies, belief systems, and lives. She helps clients to clear the deep-rooted, often subconscious, self-sabotaging beliefs, energetic strongholds, and unhealthy patterns that were born out of these traumatic events. There is a lot of inner child work and integration that occurs in these sessions. Liz believes that inner child healing is a crucial part of healing and that it is a big key to reclaiming wholeness.
TTHH is founded and built upon Liz’s training in Clinical Hypnosis, Advanced Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, Breathwork, Subtle Energy Healing, Yoga Teacher Training, and her training as a double board certified family nurse practitioner (FNP) and a psychiatric / mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP).
She is currently pursuing a PhD in Mind-Body Medicine from Saybrook University after realizing that conventional medicine was just not enough to reach the depths of healing that her patients were seeking.
Liz is so excited to be pairing up with Colleen to bring deep healing to those who seek it, through their retreats. Thank you, self-healers, for showing up with the willingness and courage to heal. There is great joy, peace, and freedom on the other side of shame, unworthiness, and fear if you are brave enough to step into it.

Colleen Cromer

Colleen is a mom, entrepreneur, creative, yoga teacher, hypnotherapist, crystal healer, aspiring herbalist, and intuitive.
In 2019, after experiencing the ending of her marriage, she embarked on a healing journey to uncover the truth of her own personal beliefs of unworthiness and self-doubt. It was an epic journey which ultimately led her home to herself. On this journey, Colleen discovered she was a complex childhood trauma survivor and she explored numerous modalities on her healing journey.
In the summer of 2019, Colleen found herself on the couch of Liz Burkholder doing hypnotherapy sessions, and she spent the next year and half doing deep inner child work. Through hypnotherapy, Colleen was able to remember and put the pieces of her broken childhood back together.
Devastated with the things she learned, yet determined to reclaim her life, Colleen committed to herself and for nearly two years did daily work to heal the wounds of her broken heart. During this time, Colleen worked with therapists, coaches, trauma specialists, prayer circles, mystics, healers, gurus and even got her 200 hour teacher certification in Hatha Yoga. Colleen has done extensive work with her inner child. Rewriting the narrative, reparenting this part of herself, making her feel safe, and helping this part of herself regain her own personal power.
Colleen had such a transformational experience with hypnotherapy that she recently got her certification in Transpersonal and Trauma-focused Hypnotherapy in hopes of helping other trauma survivors.
During her healing journey, Colleen learned much about the importance of working to understand the beliefs and patterns of the subconscious mind. The importance of doing work around your inner child, learning what are triggers, what self-love and self-care look like, how to set healthy boundaries, and eventually the power of speaking your personal truth.
Colleen experienced, in a sense, a “re-birth” on her healing journey, and her heart is women and helping them walk the road of healing from childhood trauma.
Healing takes time, patience, grace, dedication, and support. It can be a lonely, dark road for a person who desires to heal from complex childhood trauma. Colleen wants to be the lantern in the darkness for these women, a guide back to themselves and back into the light. Colleen believes that healing is done best in partnership and in community. Her desire is to help build a community that is a safe space for deep connection and healing for victims of childhood trauma.
Today, Colleen is happy and thriving in both her professional and personal life. Colleen is resilient, passionate, and excited to start sharing her story of hope. She believes that her story has the power to help encourage others on their own healing journey. She is excited to partner with Liz and serve the collective for the highest good of humanity and help women find connection to themselves and belonging.
